Monday through Friday 8-5 p.m. Our Office is open Saturdays 9-12 for emergency visits only.
We treat newborn to geriatric patients.
We try to accomodate same day appointments in emergent situations. Please contact the office at 919-779-1440 and speak with the receptionist or a nurse. We also have Saturday hours for emergencies. If it is a true life-threatening emergency, please go to the nearest Hospital Emergency Room for treatment.
A family nurse practitioner is a nurse who has a masters degree in nursing and has completed intership in all specialties, focusing on family medicine. They are licensed by the state of North Carolina and are allowed to treat patients and prescribe medications.
If you are a new patient, be sure to fill out the forms found in the form section of our website, this will save you time in the office. You should also bring your insurance card, driver’s license or a picture ID.
Please call the office in advance, when possible. If you do not contact us regarding a cancellation, we do charge a cancellation fee.
We will work with you to make financial arrangements if necessary. Please be aware that you will be required to pay for your initial office visit at that time. Please contact our office staff regarding questions about payment arrangements.
Currently, you will call the office and leave a message for the nurse, but soon you will be able to access our on-line refill prescription request center.
Any health concerns that you have should be discussed with your doctor or Family Nurse Practitioner, they will be able to let you know if the information you’ve found is appropriate for your own medical health.
